Over the years the concept of home automation has always had more space in the discussions of the house designers.
This increased interest is due to the progress of  electronics, which made available many opportunities: household devices can now be used in a ways that were before unthinkable, for obtain greater security and peace of mind, better quality of life, more efficiency and leisure with considerable savings in energy consumption.
Home Automation can be applied to a wide range of products and systems in homes, such as:

Home Automations found a great interest from house designers but still collide with end-user scepticism. This is due mainly because domotic systems on the market are often too invasive and difficult to use.
Based on these issues Embit decided to bring in the field of domotics  its experience in embedded and wireless systems, with particular attention to the creation of intelligent systems, able to interact with daily activities that take place inside a house.
